Refund Policy — Spirits & Scripts

Because each letter is handcrafted and prepared specifically for each shipment, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not offer refunds on single letters, bi-weekly subscriptions, or the annual plan after purchase. If there is an issue with delivery (such as a lost or damaged letter), we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. For address changes, you are responsible for updating your information before the next shipping date.

 

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges; however, cancellations do not apply retroactively to letters that have already been crafted or shipped. If you believe a delivery error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date so we can assist you promptly.

Subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing support@spiritsandscripts.com. Cancellation requests are processed manually and will apply to the next billing cycle.
