Terms of Service — Spirits & Scripts

Spirits & Scripts provides handcrafted cocktail history letters as a storytelling and lifestyle experience. By purchasing a product or subscription from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Single letters are one-time purchases. The Bi-Weekly Subscription renews automatically until canceled, and the Annual Experience is a prepaid 12-month journey that does not auto-renew. Letters are shipped on a bi-weekly cadence, typically on the first and third Thursday of each month. Your first delivery may begin on the next scheduled cycle depending on when your order is placed.

Subscription billing occurs automatically based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to stop future shipments. Because each letter is custom-prepared and printed, refunds are generally not available once production or shipping has begun. Annual plans become non-refundable after the first letter is prepared.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, and you are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Spirits & Scripts retains all intellectual property rights to the written stories and designs. You may keep the physical letter for personal enjoyment, but reproduction or commercial distribution is not permitted.

We are not liable for postal delays, transit issues, or circumstances outside our control. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact support@spiritsandscripts.com. 

Subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing support@spiritsandscripts.com. Cancellation requests are processed manually and will apply to the next billing cycle.
