Cancellation and Billing FAQ

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@spiritsandscripts.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
Because each letter is handcrafted and prepared ahead of ship dates, billing that has already been processed is non-refundable. Your subscription will simply stop renewing going forward.

When are letters shipped?
Letters are mailed on the first and third Thursday of each month.

 

What if my letter is lost in the mail?
If your letter is delayed or lost, we will happily reissue a replacement at no additional cost.
