Shipping Policy — Spirits & Scripts

Spirits & Scripts ships all handcrafted letters via standard USPS mail within the United States. Letters are produced and prepared on a bi-weekly cadence and ship on the first and third Thursday of each month. Once a letter has been mailed, delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions in your area. We currently ship only within the U.S.

 

Please ensure that your mailing address is accurate at the time of purchase or before the next scheduled ship date. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a letter is lost or arrives damaged, we are happy to issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Subscription customers will continue to receive letters as long as their subscription remains active. Canceling a subscription will prevent future shipments but does not apply to letters already crafted or mailed prior to cancellation.

Subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing support@spiritsandscripts.com. Cancellation requests are processed manually and will apply to the next billing cycle.
